Leisuretime Travel operates in outback and remote areas and reserve the right to alter the route, itinerary or to cancel the operation if road, weather or other conditions dictate. If for any reason the route is altered and a different itinerary offered, no refund will be paid. Any personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any delay, curtailment or alteration of any tour, whether caused by flooding, mechanical defect or any causes, are the responsibility of the passenger.
Leisuretime Travel Agents and employees are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times, and are not liable for any failure to make connections with any other services, or guarantee the operation of any particular service. In the event of breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances of the tour. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification at any time.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
To confirm booking a 20 % Deposit is required with the balance due 21 days prior to departure or full fare if booking is made 21or less days prior to departure. We accept cash, cheque or credit cards.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
This is your responsibility - we strongly advise you take out insurance and we will arrange it for you if required - we will provide an application form and can include the PREMIUM with your fare.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Should you wish to cancel your booking , please advise immediately. In the event of cancellation the following information indicates deductions.
20 - 15 Days prior to departure------------80% Refund will be paid
14 - 4 Days prior to departure-------------25% Refund will be paid
3 - 1 Days prior to departure----------------No Refund will be paid
LIABILITY
The tour organisers shall not be liable for any loss, delay or inconvenience, cost or expense whatsoever sustained, occasion or incurred arising out of or in connection with the purchaser’s use or participation in any service described in tour brochures advertised by "Leisuretime Travel". Prices quoted are in Australian Currency and do not include Air, Coach or Train fares to pick up location.

Advance notice is required for groups of over 7 people.We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger if being detrimental to the welfare or comfort of the group. Some accommodation may have shared facilities. Entry fees to National Parks are included in the fare. Entrance to other displays or attractions would be at your cost.
